Administrative Supervisor – Case Manager

Jill Laird is an Administrative Supervisor – Case Manager at Quest Settlements in our Calabasas office.

Jill has over 30 years of life insurance and annuity experience which began at Pacific Life. She was a vital part of the product development and management team of the Structured Settlement program.

Her product knowledge, experience, and customer service enable her to provide the expertise to which our high-end clients have become accustomed. Jill’s attention to detail in reviewing and preparing settlement/court documents along with providing the highest level of service tailored to the clients’ needs is very rewarding and extremely satisfying.

Jill has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT. In 2004, she received the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant designation through the NSSTA program developed in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Executive Education Program. She carries licenses in life, health, disability, and annuities. She previously organized marketing events such as golf tournaments, conventions, and advertising. She was Treasurer and Secretary of Lex Romana of Orange County.

Jill enjoys going to the gym, morning walks and being outside in the yard. She lives in San Clemente with her husband, Bob and enjoys hanging out on their boat in Dana Point. She enjoys traveling to Connecticut to see her family and friends.
